教育者として、私はその夢の実現を全力でサポートしなければならないという強い責任を感じています。
私自身、教育者として学生たちに熱意をもって取り組んできた自負があります。
しかし、最近、教育現場に身を置く者として気になることがあります。
それは、診療放射線技師になるという夢を抱いて入学した学生たちが、次第に「成績が思うように上がらない」「卒業が危うい」「就職試験がうまくいかない」といった悩みを抱えることが増えているという現実です。
このような背景を踏まえ、私は全国の診療放射線学生が抱える悩みや問題を少しでも解決できないかと考え、今回サイトを立ち上げました。
このサイトは、意欲的に学ぶ学生だけでなく、成果がなかなか出ない学生にも活用してもらい、学習の改善に繋がることを目指しています。
サイト内では、さまざまな学習リソースやアドバイスを提供し、学生が自分のペースで学びやすい環境を作りたいと考えています。
特に、成績が思うように伸びない学生や、進級や卒業が不安な学生にとって、このサイトが一助となることを願っています。

Students enter school with the big goal of becoming diagnostic radiological technologists. As an educator, I feel a strong sense of responsibility to fully support them in achieving this dream.
I personally take pride in my enthusiastic approach to teaching and have been deeply committed to the students. However, recently, there is something that has been on my mind as someone working in education.
That is, the reality that students who entered school with the dream of becoming diagnostic radiological technologists are increasingly facing challenges such as “my grades aren’t improving,” “graduation is in jeopardy,” and “I’m struggling with job placement exams.” Considering this background, I decided to create this site, hoping to help address some of the issues and concerns that radiological technology students across the country face.
This site is intended not only for students who are motivated to learn but also for those who are struggling to see results, aiming to help improve their learning outcomes. Within the site, I want to provide various learning resources and advice, creating an environment where students can learn at their own pace. I especially hope that this site will be a helpful tool for students who are concerned about their grades, progression, or graduation.
Moreover, I hope this site will serve as a source of motivation for students, helping to inspire them to keep learning. For example, I’ve focused on offering content about effective study methods and ways to maintain motivation, so students can continue learning positively. Today’s students are learning in an information-saturated society, and sometimes they may feel overwhelmed, unsure of where to start. In such moments, I hope this support site will act as a guide, easing their anxieties about learning.
Additionally, this site is not only for academic support but also aims to be a space for student interaction. I believe that if students can encourage and learn from each other, not only will their learning deepen, but it will also have a positive impact on their job searches after graduation.
